Before the first order, we agree one hide, one branding method and one set of formats. Every piece — directory, notebook cover, tissue box holder, menu, bill folder — is then produced against that record.
The value shows up two years later, when a replacement order still matches the opening set.
Openings move. We plan artwork approval and sampling early so that when the date shifts, production is the flexible part rather than the specification.
The Saxon has been ordering from us for 26 years. Nobody signs off the same supplier for 26 years because of a brochure — they do it because the reorder always matches the first order.
