    Custom Leather Manufacturer

Most of what we make began as somebody describing a thing that did not exist yet — usually while holding the worn-out object it was replacing.

    How a bespoke piece starts

A drawing, a photograph, a dimension scribbled on a page, or the old piece itself. Any of those is enough for us to come back with a specification and a quotation.

From there: pattern, sample, approval, production. Nothing is cut at volume before you have held the sample.

    What we make

Menu covers, guest directories, presentation cases, instrument and equipment covers, desk pieces, bags and gifts. If it can be cut, skived, stitched and finished in leather, it is likely within the factory's range.

    Why the factory matters

There is no importer between you and the person operating the machine. That is why specifications from years ago can still be produced today, and why the G20 Summit run of 2,000 pieces stayed consistent from first to last.

    Common questions

What do you need to quote a bespoke piece?+

A drawing, a photograph, dimensions or the existing object. From that we prepare a specification and a quotation.

Will we see a sample before production?+

Yes. A pattern and sample are produced and approved before anything is cut at volume.

Can you produce a single piece?+

Yes — one-off commissions through to full production runs are all manufactured in the same Johannesburg factory.

    Describe the piece

Send a sketch, a photograph or the dimensions. We will tell you what is possible in leather and quote it.
